We had a good stay - hotel is conveniently located close to Disneyland and the shuttle to and from Disneyland is amazing. Hotel appearance is extremely dated and the rooms could use some refreshing. It would be cool if there was a walking path around the outside of the hotel that matched the theme. Rooms are not sound proof whatsoever. You can hear every person walking down the hall, slamming doors, yelling, you can hear people using the bathroom, and people knocking on doors. Luckily we spent most of our day at the park. Breakfast is ok, typical European breakfast. Lots of seating. Not enough seating outside the bar/pizza restaurant. Keycard to the room started acting up on the last night, would choose when it wanted to read properly. Parking at the hotel is NOT free which is disappointing for how much you pay for the room and there aren’t any other options of places to park. When we were told the parking was 17€ a day they said we could pay at the gate. The gate pay station DOES NOT WORK. We had to get the cars behind us to back up so we could drive back to the front entrance. Overall the stay was decent but we would not choose this hotel in the future.

Stayed here in October 2024 from arriving we had the full Halloween feeling! The reception staff were polite and friendly. The rooms were perfect and were cleaned everyday with fresh towels daily. Breakfast was standard were and were quiet fuzzy but it was what it said and always plenty. The pool was amazing my son absolutely loved it and has chairs and sun beds around a in to relax whilst you kids have fun if their older. Arcades and play area are fab to keep the kids entertained. Other than breakfast we only ate from the pizza place which were really nice! For the price of this hotel I could not fault it! I had previously read bad reviews but I’m one to make a decision myself and I’m so glad I did because we had the most magical experience from start to finish and when we plan our next Disneyland trip we will 100% be staying here again.

Mixed thoughts on this. The rooms are very good value for money and close to Disneyland. Great value with breakfast and shuttle bus also included. Rooms are a bit dated but great that they can fit families with up to six per room. Prices inside the hotel are very expensive. A large beer was €9.50 in the hotel, it was actually cheaper in Disneyland at €7.50! Better quality in Disneyland also. The buffet dinner is also very poor value for money, around €150 for a family of 5 including drinks - the selection and quality of food was poor. Pool was not working when we stayed and the express check in machine was also out of order.

This hotel is great for families. Plenty to do after a day at Disney. It is probably as good as a Disney hotel but at a fraction of the price. There is a regular bus service to the park and you can drive to supermarkets near by for lunch / snack items. Kids lived the pool and we all loved the breakfast buffet and the evening meal buffet. Good selection to choose from. All the staff are amazing and a big shout out to the ladies at breakfast who's job looked incredibly challenging at times clearing the tables when busy.

Brilliant hotel for the family, especially if you're here for Disneyland. Breakfast was good, we could sneakily pack some butties in rucksacks for the parks. Room was nice, albeit small for 2 adults and 2 kids. The pool was brilliant with slides and a shipwreck, all in all it was a pleasure staying here. Friendly staff, shuttle bus and would highly recommend
