We recently stayed at The Paxton Hotel for five nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every staff member we encountered was polite, helpful, and welcoming. And the bar staff were attentive. During our stay, our son needed medical assistance, and the staff were absolutely amazing. They responded quickly and professionally, ensuring he received the care he needed. Their kindness didn’t stop there—they even gave him some treats afterward, which really lifted his spirits. We also had the unfortunate experience of losing a toy, but once again, the staff went above and beyond to help us search for it. Thanks to their efforts, we were reunited with the toy just in time for our departure. The level of care and service we received truly made our stay memorable. We would highly recommend The Paxton Hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-run place to stay.

Overall, we were somewhat satisfied with our stay at Paxton Hotel, but there were a few aspects that disappointed us. The breakfast, in particular, did not meet our expectations. It was insufficient, and many standard breakfast items, like frankfurters, were missing. Additionally, there was a lack of variety in the pastries, and the food did not seem fresh or warm. Another downside was that we had to pay extra to use the bowling alley, even though we had already booked a room at the hotel. For a hotel at this price level, we expected such recreational facilities to be included. In summary, the stay was okay, but considering the price and the services offered, there is definitely room for improvement.

Very comfortable and peaceful. The service was impeccable. The Spa is extraordinary and the staff there was super kind and competent. The only problem was the lack of strength of the WiFi connection.

Loved it! Spent one night with my husband for his birthday. It was perfect. Everything available: Relaxing Spa, Tea at the lounge, bowling, good pizza & cocktail at the bar! Perfuuuct

The chrome cast did not work on the TV. They claimed i had not payed for breakfast but it was included in the booking and i had a screenshot of it but they did not care so i had to pay for it again. Rooms were nice and clean but noise from the hallway entered the room very clearly with loud kids running up and down the hallway late in the evening.
