Great location for Disneyland – but some details need improvement We stayed here mainly because of its proximity to Disneyland, and in that regard, it was perfect. The free shuttle service is reliable and quick, making it super convenient to get to the park. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the small playground outside was a lovely touch for families with children. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, and made an effort to assist us – much appreciated! However, there are some areas where the hotel could improve, especially considering it's rated as a 4-star property. The soap dispensers in our room and in the spa area were empty when we arrived. Also, used room service trays stayed in the hallway overnight and well into the morning. Both issues were resolved quickly after we informed the staff, but I would have expected more attention to such details. The air conditioning couldn’t cool our room properly, and the minibar seemed to heat up the room more than it cooled our drinks. In general, the hotel feels a bit worn down in some places, and the spa area would benefit from a renovation. Overall: A convenient choice for Disneyland with several strong points, but there’s room for improvement in maintenance and comfort.

My room was a nice size and it was very comfortable. The bed was dreamy. Wonderful, soft, but firm pillows and a super soft blanket/comforter. The staff was pretty nice. There were a few employees that sit out as being friendly. Some were just French, as they say. The spa is nothing like I thought it was going to be so please don’t think you’re getting a Spa because you’re not it feels like a rec center. You’re just getting a small indoor pool. It is warmed. It’s nothing fancy and the picture that they show is nothing compared to what it really looks like. The dry sauna and the steam room was nice, once I got it turned on. It’s Nothing fancy. Whenever I get home, in a month, I will finish my review.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price or the Name Visited today 30th june around 6 PM expecting a smooth and comfortable stay at what’s supposed to be a reputable hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of frustrating from the moment we arrived. First, there was no porter or staff available to help with our luggage. We had to carry all our bags to the rooms ourselves — unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. We had two rooms — one for us and one for our daughters. While one room was fine, our room had a major issue with the air conditioning. It was blowing hot air. We reported the problem immediately and were told someone would come to fix it. A technician came and claimed the issue was fixed, but the problem persisted. We reported it a second time and were told again that it would be handled. We went out for dinner and notified the staff again so they could take care of it while we were gone. Upon returning, nothing had changed. Their solution? “We’ll send you a fan.” Seriously? We went to the front desk and demanded a room change. They agreed, and we were told to pack and prepare for the new room. After 40 minutes, they called to say they “adjusted the temperature remotely” and tried to convince us not to move. I refused — the room was clearly hot and unbearable, and we were tired after a long journey. Finally, we were moved to another room at the far end of the same floor, again with no assistance with luggage. It was past 12:30 AM, and the new room was still hot. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and reception staff showed no urgency or care. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a hotel under the Radisson Blu brand — especially one claiming proximity and convenience to Disneyland Paris. Unhelpful staff, poor room conditions, and a total lack of basic hospitality. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, and will never return.

This is a very good hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. The hotel looks kind of nice and the food is quite tasty and wonderful. However, when we checked in, The receptionist actually gave us the key which was not working. We told them to get another key to the room. Everything else, fine

The hotel is set in a peaceful, green environment surrounded by a golf course and lots of greenery, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It provides free 10-minute shuttle service to Disneyland Paris, Disney Village (with a variety of food options), La Vallée Village outlet mall (featuring high-end luxury brands), and Val d’Europe shopping center. The rooms and bathrooms are basic but comfortable, making it a good fit for families. The breakfast buffet is standard, with enough variety to start your day.
