If you have paid a deposit, balances are due 9 weeks before you travel when staying at Disneyland Paris, if you have booked a coach holiday to Disneyland Paris the balance is due 12 weeks before you travel. For any other holiday destination please refer to your booking confirmation or check with our customer service team.

 A balance reminder will be sent to you via email. Using our Manage My Booking tool, you can pay off your balance easily online and in instalments. To log in to Manage My Booking you will need your booking confirmation reference. Manage My Booking also allows you to view details of your trip, passenger details, your outstanding balance and your final balance due date. For those booking with us from the 11th July 2024 you will also be able to download your travel documents, once your final balance has been paid.
