When you arrive at Marne-La-Vallée/Chessy station at Disneyland® Paris, go straight to the Disney Express counter on the first floor to drop off your luggage, pick up your advance hotel check-in documents and Park Tickets, then head into the Disney® Parks to start enjoying the magic!
Opening Times
The Disney Express counter is on the top floor of the Marne-la-Vallée Chessy train station and is open from 7:45am to 9:30pm, 7 days a week. The day you arrive, you can drop off your luggage until 8:50pm.
On your departure day, you can drop off your luggage at your Hotel reception until 11:00am. We will then transfer it to the Disney Express counter where you can pick it up between 8:00am and 9:30pm. Before you book, please make sure your travel itinerary corresponds with these opening times.
(Please note that this service is not available for Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch or Les Villages Nature® Paris)
